- Your main responsibility will be to manage the Human Resource Information System. This will include liaising between the Group HR Division & external vendor. when new features are required to facilitate, recommend new features to the system as per business needs.
- Your responsibilities will include; to Map HR processes to System Requirements, Research on World Class HR Software Systems and provide System related solutions whilst liaising with Vendor.
- You will be required to track issues and possess the ability to provide solutions and recommendations to Group HR & other HR Divisions and assist the top management with their systems requirements.
