  • Your main responsibility will be to manage the Human Resource Information System. This will include liaising between the Group HR Division & external vendor. when new features are required to facilitate, recommend new features to the system as per business needs.
  • Your responsibilities will include; to Map HR processes to System Requirements, Research on World Class HR Software Systems and provide System related solutions whilst liaising with Vendor.
  • You will be required to track issues and possess the ability to provide solutions and recommendations to Group HR & other HR Divisions and assist the top management with their systems requirements.

 
  • You should possess an academic/professional qualification in IT.
  • The position requires a minimum of 2 years experience in implementing IT systems.
  • Knowledge on Web Based Systems, Crystal Reports & Systems Optimization experience would be a definite advantage.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Age: Between 26 years and 30 years.
