  • Reporting to : COO
  • Responsible for the result of the subsidiary.
  • Ensure proper functioning of all Managers.
  • Locate, recruit, induct and train new and existing staff.
  • Strict Cash flow management and control of monthly expenses in cooperation with the CFO.
  • Negotiating with key banks and financial institutions and preparation of relevant financial information to support new funding in cooperation with the CFO.
  • Follow of the operational / process systems and internal reporting formats.
  • Representing the Company/ Group at various Forums and strategy meetings.
  • COST CONTROL, quarterly reviews, reports, feedback to and HQ and strict directives in cooperation with the CFO.
  • Ensure a reasonable production capacity according to the order level in time and cost.
  • Hold contact to existing clients to ensure the ongoing of the orders in cooperation with the sales manager.
  • Look for new clients respective new orders respecting the guidelines of the group sales department of the headquarter in order to fill the production capacity in cooperation with the sales manager.
  • Ensure the necessary productivity of all departments in order to give the acceptable profit of the subsidiary in cooperation with the COO.
  • General responsibility for the planning of the budget according to the HQ rules.
  • General responsibility for achieving the budget approved by the HQ.
  • Representative of the Company subsidiary and the Group in front of all Officials.
  • Driving the business further to achieve growth and outperform the competition.

 
  • International and managerial experience at a senior position University degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical production experience in related field.
  • Solid background in organizational and planning, as well as ERP integrated systems (optional).
  • Strong analyzing skills at profit/loss statements.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of over 500 people.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Flexibility in traveling.
  • Entrepreneurial skills.
