Our Client is a leading apparel manufacturer specializing in woven apparel for Men’s and Ladies. They manufacture various items including shorts, pants, overalls, dustcoats, etc. and export products to Australia and New Zealand.
  • Your primary job role is to execute engineering, mechanical, maintenance and technical projects in the factory.
  • ensure efficient maintenance and operational systems.
  • Ooptimize existing and new equipment and plants.
  • Problem solving, preventive maintenance programs and advice on technical improvements.
  • Corrective & preventive servicing plan of Machines.
  • You will be required to guide mechanics in solving critical mechanical / electrical problems.
  • Fulfill machine requirements of lines and assist in adjusting machines during production.
  • Train and development new mechanics.
  • Experience in a similar capacity in automated sewing machinery, pneumatic, electronics, boilers, power distribution system, compressors.
  • You should have extensive knowledge and experience in factory maintenance and engineering project management.
  • You should also be updated on energy saving measures, occupational safety standards, factory compliance requirements and 5S, KAIZEN concepts etc.
 
  • B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4-8 years experience.
  • Uou should be a team player, target oriented and committed while possessing good communication, management and interpersonal skills.
  • Verbal and written correspondence in English, interpersonal skills.
  • Self-organized and responsible.
  • Age 25 to 35 years.
