Our Client is a leading apparel manufacturer specializing in woven apparel for Men’s and Ladies. They manufacture various items including shorts, pants, overalls, dustcoats, etc. and export products to Australia and New Zealand.

  • Reporting to Directors- provide leadership and overall direction to senior management team.
  • Implement and manage business development plans, business process improvements.
  • Training, development and structure of Head of departments.
  • Develop and oversee implementation and administration of department policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Marketing development, CRM and generate business growth.
  • Must have thorough knowledge and experience on Production , costing, sourcing trims and fabrics, marketing, merchandising, warehousing, finance management.
  • Knowledge and practice of Lean Manufacturing and the ability to lead team to constant Lean improvement.
  • A good leader and team management who takes responsibility for the profitability of operations.
  • To maintain the financial framework, resource allocation, cost management initiatives.
  • To develop and produce financial and budgetary management information.
  • Re-structuring of business process and management.
  • Provide guidance and support to team and coordinate and manage contributions and workload.

 
  • Master/ Graduate degree in management.
  • 5-8 years experience.
  • Willingness to work independently with self-direction/self motivated.
  • You should possess the ability to understand fabric, trims and garments with various finishes.
  • Motivate and lead a diverse work force to achieve desired results.
  • Decision-making and problem solving ability.
  • Ability to commit to and work with the aims, principles and policies of the Organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English-oral and written) reporting and presentations.
  • Assistant manager with relevant experience is also considered.
  • Age 30 to 38 years.
