- Reporting to Directors- provide leadership and overall direction to senior management team.
- Implement and manage business development plans, business process improvements.
- Training, development and structure of Head of departments.
- Develop and oversee implementation and administration of department policies, systems, and procedures.
- Marketing development, CRM and generate business growth.
- Must have thorough knowledge and experience on Production , costing, sourcing trims and fabrics, marketing, merchandising, warehousing, finance management.
- Knowledge and practice of Lean Manufacturing and the ability to lead team to constant Lean improvement.
- A good leader and team management who takes responsibility for the profitability of operations.
- To maintain the financial framework, resource allocation, cost management initiatives.
- To develop and produce financial and budgetary management information.
- Re-structuring of business process and management.
- Provide guidance and support to team and coordinate and manage contributions and workload.
