- You will be responsible for the implementation of HR policies and systems in alignment with Group HR Practices with respect to the Staff & MO associates of the branch– Giritale/Polonnaruwa and the finishing unit at Katunayake.
- You will be responsible in aligning plant HR systems, practices and policies to the Casualwear HR strategy. HR policies entail recruitment and Maintenance of the budgeted cadre, Pay & Grading systems, Social Compliance and Industrial Relations, Employee relations, Training & Development and Communication policies, Motivational activities, Psychological and Grievance handling policies.
- Whilst sustaining key performance indicators on employee productivity, you will be required to partner with the business to achieve its operational objectives and contribute to achieve its future business strategies.
- You will work very closely with multi disciplinary internal teams and will maintain cordial relationships with same, to ensure successful implementation of HR activities.
