  • Reporting to the Head of the Division and your primary job role will be to work closely with both the Group and outside Garment factories and washing plants to ensure that the garments are Technical and Quality wise according to standards.
  • Key responsibilities will include Technical evaluation of Factories, Setting up Pre-production meetings with the factories when the orders are handed over, coordinating the sampling process at garment factories and Quality assurance of garments during production and in the final inspection.
  • Required to have the capability to re-engineer the garments keeping the technical capability of the factory in mind and foresee issues associated with the style from the technical point of view and reduce the cost.

 
  • Should posses a degree or a professional qualification.
  • A minimum of 6 years work experience in the Quality Assurance and Technical field in the apparel industry is vital.
  • Possessing basic computer skills is mandatory and knowledge of the INCITO system would be advantageous.
  • Should be proactive and should possess sound negotiation skills accompanied by good inter personal and effective communication skills.
  • Being a good team player, have the ability to co-ordinate between all relevant parties and uphold the Company values.
  • Innovative thinking and to think outside the box is a key requirement.
