  • Drafting and perusing of commercial agreements and advising the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Attending to conveyancing matters including the drafting of lease agreements.
  • Liaising with project managers and outside parties on legal matters.
  • Attending consultations and meetings on behalf of the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Advising the company and its subsidiaries on the legal aspects of proposed investments.
 
  • Attorney at Law.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Company secretarial knowledge and Notaries License.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
