Our Client is a leading apparel manufacturer specializing in woven apparel for Men’s and Ladies. They manufacture various items including shorts, pants, overalls, dustcoats, etc. and export products to Australia and New Zealand.
  • Reporting to Production Manager, Responsible for production.
  • Assist in achieving the production goals.
  • Should be able to do Machine layout, time and motion study etc.
  • Must be able to plan production and ensure timely deliveries and quality at minimal cost.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing process.
  • Knowledge and practice of Modular cellular manufacturing and lean management.
  • Manage workers needs and training of manufacturing staff.
  • Maintain and improve process efficiency and quality standards adherence.
  • Must be practical with shop floor experience.
 
  • Graduate degree in management, apparel manufacturing.
  • 3-5 years experience.
  • Willingness to work independently with self-direction/self motivated.
  • Computer literate.
  • Positive can do attitude, strategic thinker with analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of work-study, methods, machines, sewing process, folders.
  • Age 25 to 33 years.
