  • You are responsible in making and submitting all the samples for the requirement of the factory on GM/FM’s instructions.
  • You are responsible for Registration of details of every style in the registration book as per the information submitted by the PPC through the Sample Request process.
  • You are responsible for Checking & obtaining the availability of Fabric & Accessories for the sample room requirements as for the timelines.
  • Check and ensure that the raw materials required for the SR are in Stores on time and give the feed back to PPC.
  • Follow-up with PPC in connection with the required materials and accessories.
  • Liaison with other departments for the requirements of the Sample room and send samples to Washing Plant and get them back on time.
  • Follow-up on proceedings through the relevant persons in PPC.
  • Ensure that the Technical Reports are sent along with Samples sent to Buyers and PPC.
  • Ensure that Samples sent for Buyers approval complies with QA standards and specifications by the Buyers.
  • Ensure that duly filled Quality Reports are sent to Buyers with the Samples.
  • Ensure that the all pattern making, adjustments and other finishing Boards & pattern workings are done as for the requirements in the factory sample room.
  • Ensure that duly filled Sample Submission Forms are sent along with garments sent for washing.
  • Sample Issuing Forms to be filled & submitted to the relevant Merchandiser.
  • Ensure that all data entered to the Booking Registers are accurate.
 
  • 12 -18 yrs experience in apparel business and out of that 5 years managerial experience.
  • Should possess MSc/Degree or a higher education.
  • He or She should be able to communicate in English both Written and Oral in a good level.
  • Age below 45yrs.
