  • Your primary job role is to effectively manage the execution of orders on a timely basis and achieve the relevant pre defined delivery targets, while delighting our Customers.  
  • You will be responsible for the entire process of the style(s) from product development to order confirmation to actual shipment which includes reducing the order management cycle time, closely monitoring production in order to avoid delivery slides, checking of sample prior to inventory costing and organizing & arranging presentations for buyer visits.
  • Your will be responsible for costing and raising trim requisition sheets; methodically following up on TNA's and driving OTT and OTD simultaneously. You will be called upon to build strong customer/supplier relationships and will also have to work closely with factory staff, supply chain & the customer.

 
  • You should possess a Degree in Management or Textile from a recognized university or passed finalist of CIM (Apparel marketing) or SLIM.
  • A minimum of 4 years work experience in the merchandising or apparel industry is vital and the ability to handle multiple styles is a must.
  • You should also possess sound negotiation skills accompanied by good inter-personal and effective communication skills.
  • You should be a good team player with the ability to co-ordinate between all relevant parties and uphold the Company values.
  • Possessing strong computer, mathematical and risk analysis skills are mandatory and knowledge on the INCITO system would be advantageous.
  • You should possess the ability to understand fabric, trims and garments with various finishes. You will display time management and skill prioritization capabilities and will be able to effectively work under pressure.
  • You will be proactive, assertive and forward thinking.
