Have sourcing/liaison office in Bangladesh and China and head office in Istanbul – Turkey.
To manage the QC team.
To allocate day to day work distribution & monitor / control the assigned task are done.
To assist and control all organizations suppliers on various technical, quality aspects and make sure organizations quality standards are achieved.
Developing, maintaining and improving supply base in the countries by assessing the facilities, auditing the processes and implementing new systems when needed.
Managing the day to day technical activities and liaising between Company HQ and the supply base.
Management of QC Team activities and Final Inspections.
Do the final inspection for all VIP orders places with various suppliers.
Develop good long term relationship with suppliers.
Liaising between sourcing merchandiser in Turkey and manufacturer to solve the problems.
Periodic audits (announced and unannounced)
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor degree in Textile ( Preferred) or Master degree in any discipline.
Minimum 10 years in Garment sector.
Should have good knowledge in knit, denim, non-denim, shirt/blouse garment production / quality / technical aspects.
Worked in liaison office & overseas experience would be preferred.
