  • Accept or Reject of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
  • Monitoring and implementing the correct procedures with regards to environmental control to assure the product quality.
  • Monitoring and implementing the correct procedures with regards to the distribution of company products to assure the quality.

  • Bio-Science degree in a recognised university.
  • 5-7 years experience in food product manufacturing and Quality Assurance.
  • Certified Lead/Senior Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 System Auditing.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preference in Microsoft Project.
