Role Purpose :
To provide leadership and guidance in the development and delivery of organizations solutions. The consultant will work directly with customers, partners, sales team and regional Services team to scope and design solutions based on organizations technology.

- Responsiblities: Specific business metric results associated with this position include:
- High quality solution delivery: Development of solutions that are widely regarded as ‘best in class’.
- Customer satisfaction: Delivery of projects with a high level of engagement quality that results in high customer satisfaction metrics.
- Time management: Management of billable time, training and holidays.
- Cross teaming: Build confidence in the sales team to ensure the organizations Services is included in the major account plans.
- Project management of small to medium consulting projects within commercial and time constraints, to customer and organizations satisfaction.
The focus of this position is the development of solutions that utilizes organizations technology, and helping others learn how to create similarly high quality solutions. This role will also lead the creation of case studies and references based on these solutions.

Decision Making
Key decision making for this position relates to the planning and execution of customer engagements, the management of customer relationships and supporting the team objectives. In general the role has the authority and the responsibility associated to the execution of small to medium services engagements however decisions relating to long term contractual engagements and resource commitments would be deferred to the regional Services lead.

Strategy and Development :
This position is expected to:
- Significantly contribute to the execution of Services strategy within the subsidiary.
- Development of business opportunities within projects to help drive longer term relationships with major customers.
- Development of suitable offerings and go to market strategy for Services within the local market.
- People Management
There is no direct people management for the role. However, the role is expected to be able to lead people within projects. It is also expected that the role has leadership skills to help lead the execution of organizations Services strategy within the subsidiary.
It is expected that there will be ongoing interactions with most internal business areas however there is an expectation that this position will interact with:
- other areas within Services including Customer Support Services (CSS) and Technical Account Managers,
- local branch personnel who are engaging with the customers including Account managers, Solution Specialists and Technical Specialists,
- other developers with the global organizations Services community,
- external partner personnel that are working on delivery projects based on organizations Solutions.
- Communication / Business Relationship
The communication is primarily information sharing between stakeholders and the provision of status reports and presentations.
The primary customer target audiences will be technical decision makers and CxOs.
- Fiscal Responsibilities:
Financial responsibilities are associated with personal time management targets, including utilization, rather than specific revenue targets, however the position is expected to remain cognizant of the practices revenue goals and assist other team members in achieving their own utilization when possible.
This position, like all consultants, must be able to contribute to the subsidiaries fiscal responsibilities through high levels of customer satisfaction.
