The Company provides a variety of products and services, ranged from platform and business applications for enterprise to video game consoles, interactive television, and Internet access for consumers.

  The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for spearheading the Companies engagement with selected key customers within the Financial Sector Market. The Enterprise Account Manager needs to have an excellent overview of the needs and future plans of our Financial Services Industry customers and effectively bridge their requirements with optimal solutions based around the wide range of technology options provided by the Company. Being Customer centric is crucial to success in the role. The incumbent will need to develop the business relationship to higher levels, drive the adoption of the latest Company technologies in Financial Sector accounts and share our platform value with customers based on an in-depth understanding of the Companies offerings. The person will need a mature outlook to interact effectively with the Customer CIO’s and key decision makers, Partners and with varied roles within the organization.

  • Responsible for achieving and maximizing revenue in relevant accounts by identifying opportunities and developing effective strategies to successfully addressing the same in the Financial sector.

  • Establish and maintain regular dialogues with senior management and major influencers of key accounts in the financial sector  to establish deep relationships and increase the partnership with the Comapny

  • Provide sales expertise and customer perceptions in development stages of subsidiary marketing and sales programs to optimize effectiveness

  • Build relationships at the appropriate levels with Key Partners and other organizations who are catering to the different requirements of the financial sector Enterprise customers

  • Identify, plan and implement reaction to competitive activity as identified through relationships with key accounts in Financial sector and partners. Responsible for feeding back information to subsidiary management on competitive activity

  • Liaise with appropriate marketing, sales and partner staff to contribute to the planning, and sometimes execution of programs, meetings and events
  • Build a network of IT professionals who will champion and use the Comapny technologies effectively in the Financial Sector
  • Over 5 years strong sales experience, with a proven track record of successfully selling into Financial Sector Enterprise accounts, with proven Account Management and business planning skills.

  • Results-oriented individual with passion and drive for the role, with strong closing skills and an aggressive approach towards pursuing revenue targets and objectives.

  • Ability to work in uncertain situations or with a lack of information and able to respond flexibly to changes.

  • Strong organizational agility with the ability to drive sales effectiveness by integrating with other Comapny and Partner teams. Good interpersonal skills essential.

  • Strong negotiation, written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with very senior executives.

  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, and forecast business accurately.

  • Knowledge of the major issues facing the Sri Lankan Financial sector, IT industry and Enterprise space, and the developments in a range of technologies.

  • A  degree or similar professional qualification would be a prerequisite.
