- As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for managing all activities related to the division, especially involving front line, to ensure a smooth operation of all areas.
- You are required to initiate strategies and implement effective solutions wherever there is a shortfall in individual and divisional performance in order to maintain divisional objectives.
- Monitor all service inquiries and complaints, and follow-up with the divisional representative and ensure all complaints are completed on time.
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Provision of answers and resolution for complex customer issues on service and loyalty activity either directly or by providing support by way of guiding the staff.
- Assist in achieving the overall Business Plan, whilst ensuring all sub-targets under your purview are accomplished.
- Provide the necessary information and tools to the divisional trainer to conduct the necessary training related to divisional activities.
- Ability to conduct effective training programmes when required would be an added advantage.
- Responsible to monitor the operation of Loyalty programmes including registration, payments on invoices, accrual and, redemption of points on a weekly basis
