- Establish and develop a HR Team that ensures alignment with the other HR functions in providing best HR practices & services to all stakeholders.
- HR Team designed to deliver an excellent level of service to internal customers and external customers.
- Put in place a best in class framework for the execution and regular review of the HR practices.
- Establish and Maintain excellent response and resolution times with respect to requests from internal customers.
- Develop and maintain systems relevant to HRM with a view to delivering best in class services .
- Apply continuous innovation to tasks set out with a view to deliver maximum efficiency with respect to the operations.
- Review and enhance the services and standards offered on a continuous basis with a view to maximise the utilisation and efficiency of the HRM.
- To be overall in charge of all HR functions of the Unit and align employees to achieve business objectives by facilitating them to achieve individual objectives through proper people management and smooth operation while ensuring well being of employees and maintaining high level of motivation to ensure performance driven organization culture.
- To plan, design, develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide timely and up to date information to the group and reports with regard to the management and development of the Human Resources function.
- Support the Unit in the implementation and auditing of HR practices; Performance Review; Culture & Employee Opinion Surveys; Consultancy, work / life balance programmes, training interventions, etc.
- Techno savvy to comprehend the business of Global as well as to arrange on line presentations, webinars etc for the team.
- Ability to take initiative on his/her own is a must
- Ability to independently draw up training programs for the team and initiate it with timelines
- Outlook towards HR should not be administrative but strategic
- Excellent at coordination, public speaking and getting things done with minimum supervision.
