- Establish and maintain a best in class performance management framework which will ensure the smooth functioning of Group CEO’s office and delivery of the sub unit’s objectives through responsive Service delivery to group entities.
- Overlooking the whole operations and maintaining exceptionally high standard of all secretarial activities including correspondence, activity planning and all events organized by the CEO’s office.
- Manage and monitor the files documents and other databases in an orderly manner facilitating quick access and easy retrieval.
- Work in close coordination with all heads with a view to ensuring compliance with internal and external service and reporting requirements.
- Ensure proper update of skills and knowledge within the division in keeping with advancement in secretarial practices.
- Be accountable for the forward evolution of best in class processes, ISO procedures, use of appropriate system ,service level delivery and quality targets pertaining to secretarial and complaint management at group CEO’s office.
