Develop, manage, direct and control the country HR function, with the objective of delivering the full range of HR services (recruitment, organisational development, T&D, C&B, industrial relations, labour rights, disciplinary process, personnel analyses and costs control, etc) in order to achieve the most effective and efficient use of human resources to support business growth.

This in accordance with business strategy and Corporate HR strategies, policies and programs as well as local legal / fiscal framework.
