- Preferably with 2-3 yrs of experience of hands on delivering training, coaching and developing people
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills including an exceptional level of both written and spoken English presentation skills
- Expertise in MS Office packages
- Proactive Organizer, smart executioner, takes responsibility and adaptable to overlapping change
- Cool under pressure to meet multiple deadlines at a given time
- Is self motivated and has the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- High degree of customer focus to exceed expectations
- HR / Marketing/Psychology related qualifications would be considered as a distinct advantage
