- International Tax planning - exemptions & relief’s, optimizing on taxation between operating units & minimizing tax liabilities/tax savings, reduction of effective tax rate, total tax payments & also at the same time achieving tax administration savings
- Corporate restructuring to ensure optimizing benefits from tax incentives, transfer pricing aspects, double taxation relieves, trading overseas via subsidiaries / branches etc
- Supervision of efficient tax administration process for assessing, collecting, processing, auditing & accounting for taxation. Ensure the regulatory compliances of overseas operating units
- Computation & assessment of taxes for company / groups, Employee, pension plans, capital gains & investment etc
- Advice & efficient administration set- up for goods & services taxes - VAT, WHT etc
- Liaise with Local / International tax authorities, obtain professional advice, maintain active networks

Qualification
- BSc in Business / Accounting - Specializing in Taxation
- Member of Professional Accounting Body - ACCA, CIMA, ICEAW etc
- Member of Professional Taxation Body / Association
Experience
- Senior Management level exposure - minimum of 5 years in Multi-National/Regional environment heading company taxation aspects
- Total Management Level exposure of 8 - 10 yrs
