  • As the Manager Finance and Corporate Planning you will be responsible to Lead, manage, and coordinate all initiatives falling within the purview of Finance, Corporate Planning, and Performance Management of the Organization.
  • Manage/Co-ordinate the financial team in the areas of corporate finance, Business Planning and Performance Management.
  • Preparation of Business Plan of the division with the assistance of other relevant divisions and keep track of current years progress in-terms of Business Plan targets and update the management on a regular basis divisions performance.
  • Establish and lead the performance management team to ensure target achievement and progressive improvement from the Dialog Global team.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the business of External Gateway Operation with recommendations on the best course of action to be adopted to obtain optimum profitability.
  • Plan and Propose commercially viable New Services on International Business including commercial evaluations on certain projects.
  • Maintain a close business relationship with live international carriers and local Gateway operators.
  • Maintain relevant and up dated records/statistics of International Carriers and Local Gateway Operatorstay up to date with rates of International Carriers and Gateway operators and advice the management on the best suited options that would enable the company to achieve the optimum blend of commercial efficiency.
  • Ensure timely communication of information pertaining to the operation of International Business, required for the smooth functioning of the organisation.

 
  • ACAA / CIMA with a Degree qualification. Preferably with an MBA.
  • Leadership skills & ability to manage a large team.
  • Goal driven/Highly self-motivated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Minimum of 04 years experience in a similar capacity.
