1. Maintaining accurate records pertaining to all functions carried out in the Legal Division.
2. Maintaining files pertaining to all subjects in accordance with the current filing system and Legal registry.
3. Formatting, printing and binding of Agreements for execution and obtaining signatures of all signatories, and coordinating of Common Sealing with the Company Secretary housed at Dialog Telekom.
4. Liaising/coordinating with Dialog Telekom’s Legal Division and other Divisions.
5. In the case of standard Agreements, preparation of Agreements.
6. Following up with other Divisions and external parties regarding ongoing tasks of the Legal Division.
7. Proofreading of legal documents.
8. Assisting the Legal Division in the preparation of reports.
9. Coordinating and setting up of meetings with other Divisions and external parties and reserving meeting venues.
10. Taking down of meeting minutes, preparation of minutes and circulation of same.
11. Coordinating the exchange of, and following up on delivery/queries/responses regarding, documents between the Legal Division and other Divisions and between the Legal Division and external parties.
12. Assisting the Legal Division in the preparation of presentations and other items using computer based skills/working.
13. Maintaining a buffer stock of essential items of stationary for the Legal Division and requisitioning of all stationary items for the Legal Division and requisitioning of monthly stationary.
14. Coordination with the Administration Division for transport requirements of the Legal Division.
15. Drafting internal memoranda.
16. Drafting covering letters for enclosure with legal documents.
17. Obtaining signatures on letters and other documents from relevant signatories.
18. Coordinating with couriers regarding letters/documents dispatched via courier.
19. Settling of petty cash vouchers in the event of such expenses by the Legal Division.
