- As a Senior Executive the selected employee will be responsible for formulating and implementing Loyalty programs for specific customer segments.
- They will develop means of increasing customer loyalty to the Network by identifying and analyzing customer expectations and dynamics to build sustainable relationships. They will also liaise with Company's Corporate Clients in building mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Further, by monitoring, evaluating and reporting on competitive activities through market research they will ensure that brand integrity is maintained in all the organization products and services at all Customer touch points.
