- As a Specialist in IS Analytics -Information Delivery, you are required to analyze business situations for various aspects of the business call for expert skills.
- Backed by Technology Enablement, this function will deliver information and insights to stakeholders of various businesses/SBU’s and also work with their teams on a strategic sense by giving richer information for decision-making.
- Your key working relationships would be with Business analysts and key persons from business divisions as well as Consultants & with research agencies.
- Design and implementation of virtual data marts using Analytic reporting Tool to encourage end-user analysis.
- Conducting regular workshops and training for end users to use the systems.
- Designing questionnaires using survey systems for SMS and annual satisfaction surveys.
- Design and development of crucial analysis reports.
- Design and develop scorecards for various Quality Systems, Co-orperate Social Responsibility and Co-orperate Planning initiatives.
- To provide business users insight into the business using information.
- To provide users with specific analysis for business cases to make available various scorecards for performance management initiated by Quality Systems Co-orperate Social Responsibility & Co-orperate Planning.
