Organizing conferences and workshops for suppliers and developing means of rewarding them, are part of the job too. You should be able to inspire your juniors driven with sixth sense which keeps you attuned to an evolving market. Proven experience is an indication of your ability in picking and dealing with, t he right suppliers.
