  • Increase the awareness and usage of a company's pharmaceutical and medical products.

  • You will be responsible for building new client relationships, maintaining existing ones and increasing the number of valid and active candidates.

  • This role demands strong business acumen, demonstrable commercial success and the ability to truly uncover client needs.

  • By analyzing existing sales trends, the potential for growth and data on competitor products, you will also prepare a business plan for your territory.

  • Working with team managers to plan how to approach contacts and creating effective business plans for making sales in a particular area.

  • Make presentations and organize group events for healthcare professionals, as well as work with contacts on a one-to-one basis.

  • Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which can include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;

  • Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff.

  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff.

  • Keeping detailed records of all contacts, which can involve database management.

  • Planning work, schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager.

  • Staying up to date with competitor's products.

  • Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare industries.

  • Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
  • 5 - 6 years experience in pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record and steady career growth.

  • Completion of CIM State III can be advantages but not compulsory.


  • Sound qualifications in G.C.E. O/L & A/L Examinations.

  • Excellent command in English Language.
