This job involves delivering high quality secretarial/PA support the Chairman, including the organisation of his diary and workload, in order to support and achieve business objectives. You will enjoy planning, organising and liasing across all levels with regards to achieving the overall business objectives and goals. Juggling your own work to meet the needs of others can be challenging yet extremely rewarding.

You will be working in the office based in Colombo -07.

  • Should be highly career driven and have a passion for the field chosen.

  • You should be a confident and assertive individual with outstanding communication, strong organizational and administration skills.

  • Should have a proven ability to use your initiative within a role and a track record of dealing with senior management, establishing and developing successful relationships.

  • Have the initiative and the ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure

  • Be able to organize and priorities your workload and the workload of those you support effectively.

  • Communicating with a range of senior stakeholders across the business function is a key part of this role

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point is essential along with prompt correspondence skills via email.

  • Smart and pleasant disposition.

  • Maintaining utmost confidentiality at all times.
  • Ideally 5 - 10 experience gained within a senior Secretarial/PA role is required.

  • Minimum 2 passes at the G.C.E. A/L Examination.

  • Sound qualifications in G.C.E. O/L Examinations.

  • Experience in handling higher level administrative functions.

  • Excellent command in English Language.
